Hi,

I want to create a template that includes an automatic 'progress' style bar
so that my viewers know how far in to the presentation we are. It needs to be
semi-intelligent, i.e. it needs to know how many pages there are in the
presentation and which page we are on and then alter the length of a bar
accordingly. Is this possible? If so - how?!

Thanks,

Tim

Getting it to happen (and update itself) automatically would be something of a
beast. But you can use Geetesh's PowerPoint Thermometer add-in to add a
thermometer-style progress bar to the entire presentation in a few clicks:

Hi,

Thanks Steve, I found that. Is there any way of altering the position and
appearance of the thermometer?

Give Geetesh a shout about this. It should be possible if the code's accessible to
the end user, but that'd be his decision.
