Automatic Page Changing

I have XP home and IE 6 and when i got to websites the
page loads then automatically goes to the site HTTP:///
and i have to press back evertime i switch pages Can
someone help me with this?

After running CWShredder, run Ad-Aware or SpyBot,
then fininsh up with HijackThis, and Windows Update!

I have done ad-aware but i don't know what to delete with
hijakthis, do you know

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates "hijackthis.log")

Next, HijackThis | Config [button] | Misc Tools [button]
Click: Generate StartupList log [button] (generates "startuplist.txt")

I've had this problem for over a month now, and I don't
know how to solve it :(, it's quite annoying when it
keeps switching to it as well
