Automatic or fast resend in outlook express 6

Good morning,
is it possible in Outlook Express 6, send again a small group of
messages to the same adresses as reminders when there is not any
answer for a certain amount of time?
It could be good if it was possible to add also a phrase, for example:
"Reminder: please answer urgently!".
