Automatic Mail Merge to Word.rtf performed in a Macro

Once again I am seeing wonderful helpful tools. As usual, they do not answer
my question, (especially for someone as new to Access as I).

I am running a reservation confirmation macro. I have three different
resorts I am sending reservation confirmations and three different .rtf word
files for each. I have manually aligned the fields from the .rtf files, but
the (three) macro(s) I have I need to contain instructions to export the
merge field data and run mail merge from the macro.

Can someone please tell me if it is possible without SQL or VB. If it is,
please walk me through the steps to do so. Much appreciated anticipation
awaits.
