Automatic Launch of Internet Explorer

When I start my computer with Windows 2000 Prof. SP4 the
Internet Explorer automatically launches. It did not
always do this. Just recently after installing AVG Anti-
Virus. I have taken off the AVG, but still have the same
problem. Please advise.

Run msconfig.exe (http://www.svrops.com/svrops/dwnldoth.htm)
to check all your startup tasks.
