automatic language translation

Using IE 6 on Windows 2000
is there a way to tell it to translate ALL pages it gets to another language?
I tried systran but is does just the main page,
and not any that are loaded by a reference in the main page.

Which "it"? What "it"? Neither IE nor Windows translate from
one language to another.
