I am not sure what is going on. I have a laptop with a
wireless and an onboard NIC that are seperate networks.
They are both set up for DHCP. However, they are both
getting Apipa addresses. I have tried everything I can
think of, reinstalling drivers, TCP/IP, restarting the
DHCP clinet service, etc etc... Please help!! Thanks!

Hello,

do you have a personal firewall installed on your computer?
This could be blocking the DHCP requests.

Have you tried assigning a static IP address and seeing if the
computer works fine that way? It would help narrow down the cause of
the problem.

Lkatz,

unfortunatly this is not an answer to your question but a
request that if you would be so kind to forwared any
answers you get to me. I am having the same problem and
have had it several times. In the past, the only way
that I found to recover was to rebuild my machine
