automatic insertion of email addresses

I got used to Windows XP and Outlook Express, when writing any name from
my email adresses, it was automatically completed. Always!!
With Vista Windows mail I still don´t understand it. I have to look for
the email adress from my list, then as I write more adresses the old ones
drop off. I have to look them back again from my list. It gives me a lot of
work.
How can I work this issue as Windows XP Outlook Express?
I´¨m writing from Lima-Perú, sorry if my english isn´t too good but had
problems finding ther spanish section.

WinMail will only auto complete if it was one of the last 29 addresses you
sent to.
