Hello,

I would like to create an automatic formatting condition to highlight any
messages that are bcc'd to me. Unfortunately, since the bcc field is
effectively "blank" the filer does not work on this field. I have therefore
created a condition to format messages where I am NOT in the to or cc line.
This does work however, since I am part of wider distribution lists, these
are also highlighted.

Is there a way you can define more than one value in the "advanced" criteria
definitions?

All suggestions welcome.........

Many thanks

It depends...what other criteria would you like to add?

Apologies for taking so long to get back to you Jocelyn.

I would like to add in the advanced filter a condition a OR condition b but
it I can only seem to be able to input one value. I can send/post a screen
dump if you think this would help?

Many thanks for your response.

If you're using Outlook 2002 or 2003, you can add the QueryBuilder to Outlook
which will allow you to specify an OR condition. It's pretty simple to
install -- check http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2004/20040927.htm for
more info.
