Automatic formating

I need to apply automatic formating on a page by page basis.
ie as a new page is spawned in the Word document it automatically takes on
the document format, block borders, header, columns etc.......
 
This is what a template does. If you set up headers, page border, columns,
and paragraph styles for the document, they will be repeated on every page.
