How do I set up the automatic reply to my emails when I am not in the office?

If not using exchange server, you can emulate this by creating a rule..

But that means leaving your machine on 24/7, with Outlook running 24/7 and
an internet connection 24/7. It also means that ALL spam will be replied to!
