A while back we changed our domain name and there were several users that had
the old domain come up. There was a file that someone told me to delete
that would wipe out the file that remembered all the old address. Would
anyone happen to know the name of the file???

Your Outlook version, please?

%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\something.NK2

Deleting the NK2 cache file is what you are seeking to do I believe.
However, some users become rather upset when you delete an information
store. There is an alternative.

You may also wish to read more about this cache file in a PC Magazine
article available online at:
http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,1847175,00.asp

Microsoft also has the desktop version of our solution at:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/EM012306921033.aspx

However, based on your text, I don't believe that the desktop version would
be of any assistance to you. You'd probably require one of our more robust
solutions, or if budgets are tight, deleting the cache file is always an
option. Just make certain that sr. mgmt. is aware of that move prior to
deleting these files.
