Automatic Date

I have a form with a "Last Updated" date field.

Any time that any information is added or modified for
that record, I would like the "Last Updated" field to be
automatically updated to the current date.

I did this once before using one of the events in the form
properties but I can't remember exactly what I did.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
