automatic cpu shutdown 2

Thanks for the fast reply Dev.I have tried some of the scenarios without any
luck.One thing I have noticed that going into Power Management/advanced page
there is no "power button" command on the page. If this could be the problem
,how do I correct it ? Again Thanks

Your BIOS does not support some proper Startup and Shut-Down functions. (i
cannot remember the more correct term) Upgrading it may help.
