Automatic Contacts in To line of Email

Outlook Express let me type the first letters of a contact and it brought up
the full name. How do I make this happen in Windows Mail in Vista? Thanks.
 
it takes several times sending to the same address before it auto completes.
also you need to type the first 3 characters of the name.

Many thanks as you have explained why the auto feature only works on some of
my contacts.Now I know why.
