Automated playlist

Hi

I'm new to the worl of mp3..

I have ~1000 songs in ~500 subdirectories ( each subdir a diferent
artist) that I'd like to organize(automatically) into one big playlist
(using w2k, playing on a prismiq over ethernet)

Any freware that would do so automatically ( grab all the songs and
call them a playlist)
