I have 150 users using office xp. I have had our email hosted, but now it is being delivered to our exchange server. all of the users have exchange mail box setup on thier outlook profile. now they all have an old pop3 email account. Can I use group policy to delete the old pop3 account from all of the outlook profiles? Please help.

No you can't. But you can deploy a prf-file with the settings only for the
Exchange server. You can easily create a prf-file by installing the Office
Resource Kit and then start the Custom Installation Wizard. Walkthrough the
first few steps and you'll get to the profile settings where it allows you
to save just the prf-file so you can cancel the rest of the Wizard.
