Automate adding business contacts to accounts

Is there any way of automatically creating accounts and adding the
contacts to them? bearing in mind my oultook contacts list already
groups this information together under company names?
 
Not sure what you mean. Importing Accounts and Contacts from a file or
SBA "automatically" creates them.
