Automate a copy 'From' 'To'

Is there an easy way to automate a copy 'from' a doc 'to'
a doc file in a folder I've created that's in 'my
computer' whenever I log on?

If you want to copy a file: create a batch file with XCOPY or XXCopy
(http://www.xxcopy.com) and put a shortcut to the batch file into the
STARTUP submenu of your Start Menu.
