I forgot to mention that although I can get Aotofill to use the correct time
increments, it inserts in every cell, not in every other. Thanks again.

See your previous thread.

Please don't start a new thread. Instead, reply to your first post.

Starting a new thread tends to fragment any answers you get, and
potentially wastes the time of those answering a question that already
has been answered.

There's a good reason for that, so don't do it!
Blank rows or columns within your data cripple XLs analytical features.
Check out the LIST subject; Basically this means the same type of data for
each column (fields), and 1 to 1 data for rows (records).
So I could have read 100 books, so that is a different table, I have 1 name,
1 age, a person has 1 appointment at a TIME!

Date Start Time Who Reason Where End Time Charge
15/5/2008 01:00PM G Bush Brain scan Iraq 01:05PM
$1,000,000

Are some examples of headers for your data.
*Who*, should also be included in a separate data table for your customer
database.
I hope this makes some sense.

Robert McCurdy
