Autofill subform

Hi,

I am creating a form and subform to capture survey information.

On my subform I want to capture a Yes or No answer to 16 questions.

During data entry, for every new parent form record I would like t
pre-fill the subform dynalist with 16 rows, numbered from 1 to 16, s
that user only needs to go down the list and tick the appropriat
boxes.

Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.

I am sorry, but I am not at all sure what your question really is. It
is always something of a challenge to know how much you know about Access
and what your question really is. In this case your question seems to
indicate a level of understanding that should make the aparent question
unnecessary. However I don't know what a "dynalist" is.
