I am currently running Vista and Outlook 2007 on a computer where I updated
Windows XP to Vista Enterprise. I have been using Office 2007 since the
computer was upgraded to Vista and have not had any issues with the auto fill
feature in Outlook 2007. Now I have clients who have new computers with
Vista Enterprise Edition pre-installed and Office 2007. The auto fill on
these computers does not keep information once the computer is turned off or
restarted. Seems like the autofill file is erased. I have read that MS has
a helper file that I can download, but not sure if this is the only solution.
Any suggestions?
