I can't seem to stop forms being filled out and
overwritten by IE6. Anytime the is a field for email, it
inserts MyEmail in the form.

How do I get rid of this annoying feature. Please help as
I need to work on some customer records but their
information keeps getting overwritten.

Thanks for the help

I hope the following works:

Go to Tools -> Internet options and click the Content tab. Then click
AutoComplete.. and uncheck everything. Also click Clear Forms and Clear
Passwords.

I tried that and I've got nothing checked. Also went to
advanced options and unchecked there as well. No use.

HOW do I change theinformation that I have entered in Forms Autofill?

I can uncheck boxes so it doesn't fill in ANY forms, but I can't edit the
information I have already put in .

Thank you so very much to anyone who can help me.

Sincerely,
mm

Hi,
It sounds like you're asking about the AutoFill feature of the Google
toolbar. See: http://www.google.com/support/toolbar

If you want to remove selected entries from the IE AutoComplete list, select
the word in the drop-down list (just put the pointer on it) and hit the
Delete key.

Hope this helps,
Don
