AutoExec problem

Two users of an Access 2000 frontend/backend database have
recently received new computers. The computers have been
loaded with standard copies of Windows 2000 Professional
and Microsoft Office with Access 2000. Since they received
their new systems they are no longer able to open .mdb
files that contain an autoexec macro. (Two databases have
been built with this logic. They can not open either
one. But the can open databases without an autoexec
macro.) The macro fails and errors out. I've tried
loading JetPack4... but that hasn't helped. I'm assuming
that their new systems have a missing .dll, or something
else that's missing...

What else could be missing, or what else can I try to
troubleshoot the problem?
Thank you,
Cathy
