I'm trying to get a batch file to execute before Windows
loads all of the programs in the Startup folder... I used
to be able to do this by inserting the path of the batch
file into autoexec.bat, back in the good old days of
Windows 9x.

Is there a way to still do that with XP? Does it involve
autoexec.nt? Any assistance that can be offered would be
greatly appreciated...

Thank you,
Scott H.
