Using Outlook, I almost always type the recipients name instead of clicking
the 'To' button. For one frequent correspondant, I have a recurring problem.
As I start typing his name, it autocompletes and tacks a ', Ph.D.' after his
name. It then substitutes the name for the email address, leaving a ';Ph.D.
' as a second (obviously non-existant) recipient. This only happens for the
first email I send on a given day.
In my contacts folder entry for this indivual, there is no Ph.D. associated
with his name. However, the 'from' field on emails he sends shows the
'Ph.D'.
This is a horribly annoying bug(?). Can you offer any suggestions to solve
this problem?
