Is there anyway that you can bring up the address book with all names
listed in the autocompletion cache. I am writing emails but need to
start typing in the first few letters of the address before it brings
up the cache. Surely there must be a way of bringing it up like an
address book ?

The autocompletion cache is completely separate from your address book. It
is invoked as soon as you start typing a name in the To: field.
Clarify what you want to do.

I know that the Autocompletion cache is different. What i was getting
at is that you can bring up address books. I wondered is there was a
way that you can bring up the contents of the cache when you are
making an email. This way you could then just select the people that
you have emailed before

No. The only way that data is displayed is by displaying a list of possible
matches that is created as you type. There are third party utilities that
let you view the entire contents of the cache, but they do not invoke the
entire cache while you are creating a message.
