Autocomplete

I cannot figure out what is causing my Autocomplete
function on the Internet Explorer not work anymore. In the
last 2 weeks it has only "remembered" 3 entries that I've
typed in. Anyone else ever deal with this? I hope I have
the correct newsgroup for this.
