"Autocomplete" Doesn't

Can anyone advise why autocomplete doesn't work despite
having all the relrevant boxes ticked?
 
Outlook Express keeps prompting for your password - Repair

This fix also applies to Outlook, other programs that store passwords
in the Protected Storage System Provider sub-branch of the Registry.
It also corrects some issues with Internet Explorer and AutoComplete.

Be thankful that it doesn't autocomplete is a security
risk!!! Do you bank online?
Do you ever buy online with a credit card?
 
How/where does one turn Autocomplete OFF? I did a search in XPRO and there
was no hit for that word.
 
Right-click on your Desktop IE icon and select:

Properties > Content (tab) > AutoComplete > Settings
