autocomplete/autofill

I don't know what you call it, but on other installations
of IE when I start to type into a field a dropdown of
historic entries drops down. I have gone to IE
properties->advanced, and selected "Use inline
AutoComplete". That doesn't do it. WHere else do I need
to look to enable this function.

tools>internet options>content>AutoComplete>forms
 
I've gone to tools->internet
options>content>Autocomplete, but there is no "Form
indicated. The selection has 3 check boxes asking what
needs to be filled (they are all checked). Then there is
a button to clear forms. I can't figure out where else I
need to look.
