You should check whether the executable is actually present, and what
location it is found in. If this isn't a part of some product you've
intentionally installed--which you may be able to determine by the path to
the executable--for example, if it is located in c:\program
files\littlebunnyfoofoo\bin

You might reasonably suspect that this is related to some product from
littlebunnyfoofoo, and you can decide whether that's something you need to
preserve.

If it is in some generic location, like c:\windows, you might want to choose
Quarantine, and see whether anything breaks.

This app looks like it could be either legitimate or dangerous--it allows
for scripting of mouse operations, which can be a handy thing to be able to
do--but perhaps even handier for a trojan or other malware than for you.
