Is there a way for MS exchange account outlook user to
setup outlook to automatically save the email address for
a new person after its first email arrived? This way when
you send emails later, you don't have to type in its email
address.

thanks!

I don't believe you can do that without some custom programming. Depending
upon how much mail you receive you might not want it to do that anyhow; lest
your Contacts folder get filled with people who send you mail once (like
spammers) that you don't care about.

You might check here, though, and see if there is a 3rd party utility that
does what you want: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/auto.htm

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer
