Autoarchive

I would like to check out what is going to happen if I autoarchive my
calendar using the default settings. Are items older than 6 months going to
be archived and therefore appear in the archive folder or will they be
deleted? My objective is to keep them all my old calendar info easily
accesible in the archive folder.

I've read in the offline Help that some items can be set to expire and that
they will be deleted when autoarchive is run. I can't see anywhere on
calendar items whether they are set to expire or not - where would find this.
