J Judy Gleeson \(MVP Outlook\) Aug 17, 2006 #2 Autoarchive works on date last modified not the date of the meeting in the Calendar. Try this: change to the By Category View of the Calendar and then sort by date. Select all the "old" meetings and drag to the Archive Calendar (or delete them).
