Hi,
I would like to know I can autoarchive a user's mailbox in outlook if it exceeds a certai percentage of the size.
For examle, I want to setup an autoarchive rule for outlook for a user saying that if the size of his/her mailbox exceeds 90% of his allocated maximum size, then his mail box should be archived automatically and mails older than a month (or whatever the setting is) deleted.
Please let me know if there is a way I can do this (i.e, drive the autoarchiving process by the mailbox size instead of age of the mails).
Thanks in advance
RS
