auto update or append when open

how do i auto update data from sql server everytime user
open form?

i have setup update query to table but i like to update
auto every time use open form/program

i have my access link from sql server and people are
updating data every day and i like connect and recieve
latest data
..

Hi,


You can, in the form, in the before update event of the form, use a control
bound to a field in the table, like:


Me.ControlDateTime = Now( )


That would add the actual time stamp to the modified record which is just
about to be saved in the database.
