Can Auto thumbnail be used in an ordinary table or must it be in a gallery.
I have tried a table but all it does is to offer to open in my Photo
Application, rather than opening in a new window.
Thanks

Hi Teriel9,

Try creating a one celled table with do dimensions set. Insert the full
sized image into that table..right click on the image..and then choose
autothumbnail. That will put a thumbnail in that table..and when clicked on
the full sized image will open in your browser. Because doing this will only
open the full sized image in your browser..that image will appear top and
left.

Hi Joe,
Many thanks for your reply.
This is what I am doing but when I preview in browser "IE6" all it does is
ask if I want to open, if I click yes it opens it in my Photo editing
application, rather than in a new window.
Thanks again

Hi Teriel9

What format is the image itself in? Is it a gif or jpg?

Also did you first import the full-sized image into a folder in your
web..and are you then inserting that image from that folder into your
page..and not inserting it directly from your hard drive?

Hi Joe,
..jpg
Imported original into "Images" folder
Inserted from "Images" folder
Auto thumbnail creates a further image with _small.jpg added to the original
name.
However I have decided to use "Jimco Spawn" and create an individual page
for each picture and it certainly looks better than Auto thumbnail which
I'll now forget.
Many thanks for your kind assistance
Teriel9
