Word 2000. I need something like an auto text entry. At the bottom of all
our letters we sign off

Test & Co., LLP.

The problem is I need the LLP part to be smaller than the rest of the
company name. (Regular text size 12 TRoman, LLP 8 Troman.) Is there a way
of doing this somehow?
Maybe a macro? ( I'm thinking of that as I post this. - Anyway, I'm looking
for an easy, good idea.)
Thanks.

Just create the sign off and save it as a formatted AutoText entry. I don't
see the need for a macro or anything special. Make sure that the AutoText
entry is stored with the template so that it is available to all users.

You might also use small caps formatting with lower case llp.
