Hi kamlesh,
To be able to shutdown the server automatically, you can
make use of the following (1) and (2):
(1) Windows Task Scheduler - To specify a specific time
to trigger the shutdown event.
(2) Remote Shutdown Tool, Shutdown.exe (Available in
Windows 2000 Resource Kit) - To shutdown a local or
remote server.
