Auto Shutdown / lssas.exe error

When I go onto the internet after opening the first screen
my PC gives me an error message about the
C:\WINDOWS/system32/lsass.exe file. The system then gives
me a warning that in 60 seconds it will shutdown.
Can anyone help? What do I need to do to fix this?

To stop shutdown, click Start, click Run and type: shutdown -a
then click OK.
