auto saving mail contacts upon replying to a message

When replying to emails, how do you add the recipients
details to your contacts folder. (Outlook 2000 SR- 1
Corporate or Workgroup).

No such feature in Corp/Workgroup. You could probably create one with code.
 
How could I create one with a code? Or can you point me
in the right direction?
