Auto running of software ?

Does anyone know of a program which will automatically open up a few
programs where i want them to open on the screen.

e.g I want to open Looprecorder (audio recording software) and the
soundcard settings (sndvol32.exe), but to place them where i define on the
screen. (looprec top centre and sndvol32.exe bottom centre).

I have tried 'myrun', which is great, but it doesn't open the programs where
i want them on the screen, it just opens them ontop of eachother.

So what you need is a <<second>> program which remembers those windows
locations.....

WinSize is a program for helping forgetful windows remember their proper
position. It will automatically apply these positions whenever the windows
you have selected are moved or resized from their original place It also
has a center feature, and it can make windows stay on top.
