auto run/quick launch for CD

Hello:
I want to create a CD that has20+ folders. I want to create an html table
that acts like a "table of contents" and links to these folders.
Questions:
1. How can I hyperlink each entry in the html table to refer to the
corresponding folder in theCD?
2. How can "launch" this hyperlink file (eg.index.html) when I insert my
newly created CD?

Your help will be highly appreciated.

You can use either of the 1st two tools here
http://www.pricelessware.org/thelist/web.htm to make the table of contents
(make sure you chose the relative link option) and the shellexe tool for the
autorun: http://www.whirlywiryweb.com/q/shellexe.asp .
