Auto Restart

Help!!

I just bought a new computer last week and it is my first
time using Windows XP (I have been using Windows 98 in the
past). Anyways, the computer was working fine for a week
but starting last night, the computer automatically
restart (without any warning) once in awhile (randomly).
I have no idea what has happened.

Please help!!
