Form Outlook, click on Tools > Out of Office Assistant
But --- bear in mind that many frown on enabling this type of automatic "i'm
on vacation/out of town" reply. Why? Because if you enable this, then you
will also be sending your 'I'm on vacation" to every spam and junbk mail
that comes into your inbox -- and thus letting the spammers know that they
have a "real" email address.
The Out of Office Assistant is only available if you are using an Exchange
server on the back end as this is a server-side operation.
If you are using Exchange, ensure that the Exchange extensions are enabled
under Tools->Options->Other->Advanced button under Add-in Manager.
