Auto reply

Hello,

Is there a possiblity of having a auto reply ( rule ) fire with the
original message, I saw a previous messsage that said no but wanted to
see if there have been any changes.

Do you mean an autoreply that includes the original message? I don't think
so.
 
That is correct, I am using this mailbox as an auto reply for a support
e-mail. The problem that I am facing is that I don't want to just be
sending out e-mail everytime someone sends an e-mail.

Is there a way to track by subject line, so if fthe subject line
already exists then it will not reply again.

I think so. Are you using Exchange and the OOA or a PST and rules? By
default, Outlook will autoreply to the same address only once each day.
With Exchange, if the address is an outside address, it may not autoreply at
all.
