auto reply to email messgaes in outlook express

Good day everyone
does anyone knwo how to set up outlook express to auto
respond to incoming email messages in the event one is out
of the office for an extended period of time and wishes to
advise senders of emails that they are out and will not
get responses
 
well, it's possible, yes, but do you want to leave your pc running,
connected to the internet, with oe open and configured to check for new mail
on a schedule while you're gone?
