auto reply to a link

How can I set up outlook to sent me a reply back.

I want to tell people to type an e-mail address that I will give them and on
the subject line I will tell them to enter a word, depending on the word on
the subject line they will get an e-mail with instructions.
 
Thanks I will try it. I wanted to make sure I could do it.
