I want to reply to all emails with a standard acknowledgement. How do I set up the rule? Outlook 200

Create a rule that replies on all e-mails (no conditions). The downside of
this is that you'll have to have your Outlook open all the time for the
rules to process. Make sure you set some exceptions (for instance based on
the subject field so it will not reply on subject with e.g. reply, failed,
undeliverable, etc...) otherwhise you could create endless mailloops between
two mailservers and those can be a real threat to the mailservers!

In addition, Tim, an auto-reply will be sent once to each recipient (no
point in sending them the same auto-reply plus it eliminates getting
stuck in a loop when you auto-reply to an automated responder,
especially one that doesn't check for a null value for Return-Path).
But if you ever exit and restart Outlook then you lose that list of
senders that you have previously auto-replied to. See the following KB
article.

"During a session, Outlook remembers the list of users to whom it has
responded. Restarting Outlook deletes this list, resetting the rule to
start again for each sender."
