Auto remind feature

Does Excel have an auto reminder feature, or auto
notification feature that I can be set on a per .xls
document , we update to document is required?
 
I'd suggest asking this in an Excel newsgroup (they start
microsoft.public.excel)

This group is for questions about Access, the database product.
